Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are not permitted when using the Cyfriq Services. By using the Services, you agree to the following.
You may not
- Use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe third-party rights, or process personal data without lawful basis.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, phishing content, or malware through any Cyfriq-provided messaging capability.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or any system, user or data connected to them.
- Reverse engineer, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the Services, except to the extent explicitly permitted by applicable law.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services without advance written authorisation under our Responsible Disclosure Policy.
- Interfere with the integrity, performance or availability of the Services (including denial-of-service, rate-limit evasion, or unauthorised load testing).
- Submit any Customer Data that contains malicious code, illegal content, or content that violates export-control law.
- Use the Services to monitor their availability, performance or functionality for competitive purposes (benchmarking) without our prior written consent.
Reporting abuse
If you believe the Services are being used in violation of this Policy, please contact abuse@cyfriq.com.
Consequences of violation
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspending access, removing offending content, or terminating the offending account. For severe or repeated violations, we may also notify law enforcement where required.
